Welcome to 31Sheds, a family-owned and operated shed-building company headquartered in the charming town of Lyons, NY. Our factory is centrally located in the Fingerlakes region, and we have locations and satellite lots in Fulton and Waterloo, NY.

31Sheds was founded in 2016 by Lyons native Sean O'Toole - a husband and father who had a passion for craftsmanship and dedication to creating beautiful, high-quality portable buildings. Following Sean's untimely passing in May 2022, his wife Meghan has taken leadership of the business with an unwavering commitment to continuing his legacy and vision for 31Sheds.
